I’ve heard fo caffeine being able to give you an extra boost for the day, but I didn’t think it could do the same for a car. This white, 1988 Volkswagen has been altered to run on coffee grounds. So, in the future when we drive to a Starbucks, there’ll be a pump for every type of coffee drink.

I’m starting to think that a hybrid will not save me any money or really do much to lower the foot print I leave. Since all of my driving is city driving (lower than 40 mph) a hybrid would likely run on more gas then electric and a full battery powered car might also have issues and need charging more due to stop and go traffic.

I’ve decided to add a little green to my life. It’s time to lower my carob footprint but I don;t want to lose my reliable auto for a car that’s going to die on me. Almost all of my driving is city driving and I don’t know if I should look for a hybrid or an all electric car? Has anyone out there made the leap and what can you tell me about both? Help me make my decision.
