This year for the holidays, my wife and I decided to get ourselves a combined large present instead of a bunch of little presents. We got ourselves a Dynex 22″ flatscreen TV with a built in DVD player for our bedroom. We find it easier to fall asleep when there’s a DVD playing in the background. I mounted it on the wall facing our bed, and we’ve used it every night since.
So, what was the coolest gift you received? Does it top a mounted TV?
Update on my gift search for my wife. She was surfing the web and pounded the desk in frustration. I asked her what was wrong, and she said she was tired of the internet service we get being so sporadic. For some reason, our internet service cuts in and out for various periods at a time. We never know when it’s going to happen or for how long it’s going to last. I asked her if she wanted to consider a different internet service, and she said, “I would LOVE that.”
So guess what she’s getting under the tree this Christmas? She’s going to open an envelope informing her she will have a brand new satellite internet provider. I’ve already done the research, I know exactly who to call. She’s gonna love it.
I’m thinking of gift ideas for my wife. She loves her Bluetooth device when she’s driving, but on sunny days, she can’t use it cause the sunglasses she wears don’t fit comfortably. Does any one know of a pair of women’s sunglasses that are deisgned to fir around a Bluetooth device, or better yet, have one built in?
