Okay, so I’ve been talking to a lot of people and really reading up on this electric car VS hybrid car deal. I’m starting to think that a hybrid will not save me any money or really do much to lower the foot print I leave. Since all of my driving is city driving (lower than 40 mph) a hybrid would likely run on more gas then electric and a full battery powered car might also have issues and need charging more due to stop and go traffic.

I’m throwing this out to those who may be in the know. I’ve decided to add a little green to my life. It’s time to lower my carob footprint but I don;t want to lose my reliable auto for a car that’s going to die on me. Almost all of my driving is city driving and I don’t know if I should look for a hybrid or an all electric car? Has anyone out there made the leap and what can you tell me about both? Help me make my decision.
