Can't Stop Geeking

I read this article and it made it seem like Blu Ray developers are upset that PC developers have not jumped on board with their technology. However, whose loss is this? BR is obviously where we are going and by not jumping on board PC developers are just hurting their own bottom lines! I really think the concept behind this article us just plain stupid!

I really like the looks of the new Walkman. I grew up with the old tape cassette Walkman so this is pretty cool for me. I might just go this route when it’s time to upgrade my digital player.

In my business the Nerf dart guns are the biggest things since Swiss cheese. I’m dying over this one I just found online. It’s the Havok rapid fire gun and it actually as a 25 round clip! Serious damage could be done with this monster. I think I’ll be ordering one very quickly!

I thought this was cool when I stumbled across it. It actually makes sense esthetically when you look at it. I think this would look awesome on top of a Dj’s kit. If you’re into Star Trek and maybe old hi-fi records then this one is an idea for you!

You would if you were rich and you wanted a German made Gaiser computer! Yup, people with more green then they can count will buy anything and I’m sure someone out there is buying this Dell in a high dollar box!

I read an article about mobile phone etiquette online and I had to laugh about it. Seriously, I don’t think anyone cares any more. I hear people talking on their phones while trying to plop one into the toilet! There is no separation between private time and phone time any more! In a world where most people prefer their phone over their spouse I don’t think there is anymore etiquette.

Well times are tough and I’ve finally picked up a part time job (30-40 hours) to help get by. My current gig is paying the bills but I don’t have a lot of spare time to do anything else. I just wonder if anyone else in computers has been forced to look for part time work to supplement their income?

Seriously, I love when artists blast companies, other people and in this case, software! So he thinks by blasting them he’ll ruin them but in the end he boosted their sales! Pitch correction software is a must for any pop recording artist. Maybe Jay-Z was just so bad at singing, the software couldn’t even correct it!
