As the shoe phone failed, the video watch wins! yes, an MP4 video watch that is also capable of playing MP3 files is a must have for any tech head. This is what inspector gadget technology is about. This is a viable product on today’s market and doesn’t require you to get your nose next to a stinky shoe to use it. This will meet the product needs of thousands of people and will be a sure win! This is the first generation triquarter and will be a great entry level watch if you aren’t ready for the fully functional phone watch.
Really, inspector gadget stuff with the shoe phone! I respect the time it took to do this but seriously, this has no actual inteelence applications and with the advancements in technology it’s way down on the sale of usability. I can’t see one person actually using an item like this. Had it come out 25 years ago it would be awesome but now…not so much.
Well I don’t know if the list will make everyone happy and I have to admit that I haven’t seen them all but it’s a pretty strong list. I like that Short Circuit is on the list. It was a great movie and is one of my all time favorites. They included all of the Alien movies so it would only make sense that they include all 10 f the star Trek movies but hey, I didn’t make the list! So, the top 20 list is what it is but it’s a strong list.
Google it. Face it, you say it in every post on every forum that you visit. It’s a part of you and now thanks to geekingtshirts.com you can wear it wherever you go so you never have to say it again! How easy will your live be. You can stop verbalizing and just point at your shirt whenever someone assumes you’ll know the answer because you’re a geek. It seems to me to be the perfect shirt! Might want to order 7 of them.
I’ve been online for a very long time and I’ve never come across the Geek Code until now. I remember making up coded languages when i was a kid but this is a bit on the seriously disturbed side. I thought I would pass it on for anyone who is really in to learning different coded languages but seriously, it’s more of a warning to those who get a little too much into their geekdom. If this appeals to you in the sense that you’ll actually use the code and implement it then please get out and see a football game.
My firefox has had the flu bug since I updated it last. However, earlier this month I got the newest update with no fewer than 6 critical updates. Since I’ve updated it the browser has been completely stable again with no noticeable defects. So, I’m back to using Firefox for my main browser. I hate IE and only use safari when I absolutely have to and now, there isn’t much of a reason to need it. Hopefuly there will not be any more issues with Firefox where pages don’t load correctly. It’s simply the best browser out there!
Today is Albert Einstein’s birthday. In my mind he is one of the most influential and powerful scientists and inventors of all time. He has invented things we cannot live without and he has invented the technology to bring countries to its knees. He has been haled as the grandfather of science. So, when surfing the web tonight take a bit of time to learn a little about the man and celebrate his life and birthday.
Here is another reason why technology is really recession proof. The Blackberry application store has set their entry level prices at $2.99 which shows a commitment that they will survive and people will download their applications. Apple has offered applications at the $0.99 level for a while so either Blackberry is sure people will pay up or they realize that blackberry users have no alternatives.
Wow, pinball wizards will be back just as soon as this video game reaches the arcades. I’ve been waiting for this for a long time and if I had the cash I’d have on in my home tomorrow. The crazy thing is, this is not a production model HD pinball machine. It’s a set up made by a computer nerd. This guy needs to market this now!
In a market spiraling to new depths it’s interesting to see that most tech stocks are still holding their own. Across the board they are down but you are not reading reports of the layoffs and closures that you are hearing about in other markets. There are some tough spots and cut backs but it seems like the tech industry has maintained proper growth and has even weathered most of the storms. We’ll see what happens over the next few months but we just might see the end of this and be on top again when it’s over.
